The principal of the company, T. Mario de Stefanis, P.E., MRICS, was the founder and president of IVI International, Inc., a 120-man multi-discipline company specializing in providing construction consulting and environmental assessment services on an international basis. www.ivi-intl.com Mr. de Stefanis has provided building consultancy services in Europe on behalf of owners and investors for the past 20 years and presently resides in France.

Mr. de Stefanis has over 40 years of experience in the engineering and construction-related fields with specific expertise in conducting building surveys, construction consultancy, owner representation, resolving "troubled" projects, and conducting forensic investigations of construction deficiencies. He has surveyed and inspected thousands of homes and flats, and designed and constructed single-family homes, apartment buildings, office, and retail buildings. His ability to quickly perceive and resolve construction related deficiencies has resulted in saving his clients millions of Euros.

Mr. de Stefanis received engineering degrees from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and New York University. He is a member of the Royal Institutions of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), and he is licensed to practice engineering in the United States and the European Union.
