CONSTRUCTION PHASE SERVICES As the owner's representative during construction, RHI keeps the client knowledgeably informed as to the construction and budget status. RHI provides oversight of the project's construction, budget, and schedule to help anticipate problems so that preemptive corrective actions can be taken. RHI prepares site inspection reports that clearly and concisely advise on adherence to budgets, general compliance with the drawings and specifications, workmanship, and construction design issues that typically surface during the construction of most house and renovation projects.
